SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

All orders received will be dispatched withing 2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (including 1st Class Service).

All weekend and bank holiday orders will be dispatched on the following working day.

Greatest care is taken in packing every order to arrive to you safely. Depending on the weight and items in your order sometimes may be necessary to split the order in multiple parcels, in some cases, your order may be delivered in separate parcels at different times, if this is the case with your order please allow an extra day for your other parcel to arrive. 

When will I receive my order?

You should expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates, and not guaranteed, but delivery is usually in 2 working days (after dispatch).

We reserve the right, to update, change or replace any part of these policies.

Refunds, Return & Exchange Policy

The delivery courier will attempt to deliver your order on 2 occasions and will try to contact you by the number provided. They will not leave a package without being signed for unless you have selected the option of a safe place.

If a package is returned as it could not be delivered, it can be re-delivered with an additional cost for the courier fee. The alternative is a refund for the products ordered less the delivery cost as this has already been paid to the courier.

We do our absolute best to ensure each item produced is packaged to the highest standard. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an order please contact us at info@hazlemerehoney.

If an order arrived damaged please contact us withing 24 hours along with photographic proof of the damage in its original packaging and order information and we can look to arrange a replacement.
